2025 is the 40th anniversary of the re-formation of Brockenhurst Mothers’ Union after several years of closure, and to mark this, a native crab apple tree, surrounded by 40 crocus bulbs, has been planted in St. Saviour’s garden, and was dedicated by Canon Revd. Diane Webster after the November monthly Corporate Communion service. The tree sits next to a native hawthorn tree that was planted to mark the 35th anniversary. In place of their December branch meeting, members are having a celebratory lunch at The Foresters.
