In order for Wednesday Lunches to continue in the long term, we do need a regular injection of younger helpers as many of our current volunteers, although still fit and able, are of an age when they really should be receiving the meals, not cooking and serving them! We
Meeting in the car park of St Nicholas Church, Brockenhurst, a Stock Dove was observed on the church weather vane, and Firecrest, Blackbird and Robin seen. Many wild flowers were recorded as we climbed the steps to enter the churchyard, with Lady’s Bedstraw by the gate. Beautiful lichens were examined
